Early Years Education


Early Years Education previously known as Elite  Learning was founded as a long day care back in 2010 and offers a unique educational program based on the opportunity for multilingual learning. Since then the centre has moved, to allow more children to attend in a safe and secure environment meeting the strong demand for quality education and childcare.  We maintain a maximum of 24 children and our students thrive in the personalised, calm environment. We are conveniently situated on Canning Highway next to Como GP.  We continue to offer specialised educational programs and exceptional care for toddlers from 2 years to Pre-Kindy and Kindy ages.   

Focusing on language, with individual programs conducted interactively, Early Years Education offers every child an individual program, striving towards excellence in all areas of development.

We believe that every child is unique and our teaching methodologies allow these qualities to grow. Our warm supportive environment allows all children to grow socially, cognitively and emotionally. 

Our Philosophy

Early Years Learning aims to provide high quality educational opportunities that are collaborative,  interactive, individually crafted and small group based.  We achieve this by designing programs which concentrate on language development through multilingual teaching programs and by understanding cultural diversity. Every child is a natural learner and is believed to be capable and competent.  Our individualised learning provides the materials, environment and educational support combined with a language focused educational purpose to enable children to grow and give them the best possible start in life. 

Research indicates that time spent in quality educational learning programs such as ours improves their literacy and numeracy dramatically. 

The Early Years Learning Framework

At the heart of Early Years Education's program is “Belonging, Being and Becoming”, the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) for Australia. This is the Australian Government’s national framework for early childhood education, and a key component of the National Quality Framework (NQF) for early childhood education and care which is designed to encourage continuous improvement of education and care services across Australia. The EYLF defines the principles, practices and outcomes essential to every early learning program and is designed to ensure all children, from birth to five years of age, receive high quality learning experiences.

The Framework has a strong emphasis on play-based learning and aims to achieve five overall Learning Outcomes:

  •  Children have a strong sense of identity.
  • Children are connected with and contribute to their world.
  • Children have a strong sense of well-being.
  • Children are confident and involved learners.
  • Children are effective communicators.

Our Families

At Early Years Education  we aim to provide a trusted, culturally sensitive environment where everyone can enjoy a flexible program full of fun, learning, multilingual opportunities and social interactions. We understand the importance of language and also the valuable role that families, and the home culture play in the formative years of a child. We encourage close and frequent communication with families leading to a high degree of family participation and involvement. We also believe in helping all children understand, appreciate and respect various social and cultural diversities within our community. We  provide a quality educational experience that is interactive, individually crafted and group based, concentrating on language development and understanding cultural diversity. Where every child has a culturally sensitive individualised learning opportunity.  Our language focused educational programmes enables their cognitive, physical, social and emotional development to expand constantly.
